C3 Pro (Customer Care Center) was developed for Thunnissen Onderhoud in the Netherlands. |
C3 Pro allows them to registrar maintenance issues for their customers and communicate with the customer about the actions and progress of the maintenance issues.
Organisations with their objects (buildings) are registered within C3 Pro. Maintenance issues are recorded with the object. Each maintenance issue has the option to add actions, questions and pictures.
Auto Responders inform the customer about changes in their maintenance issues.
Each issue can be assigned a priority level and status. Once issues are resolved the issue will be archived under the object. Archived issues can be reopened.
Subcontractors can be added to each object, so when a issue is registered the controller with Thunnissen Onderhoud can just click on the email button, and an email will be send to the subcontractor.
