C3 Pro (Customer Care Center) was developed for Thunnissen Onderhoud in the Netherlands. C3 Pro allows them to registrar maintenance issues for their customers and communicate with the customer about the actions and progress of the maintenance issues.

Organisations with their objects (buildings) are registered within C3 Pro. Maintenance issues are recorded with the object. Each maintenance issue has the option to add actions, questions and pictures.
Auto Responders inform the customer about changes in their maintenance issues.
